8 DAY TOUR
MUNGO NATIONAL PARK & SILO ART TRAIL
Monday 24 to Monday 31 August 2020
There are some really clever people in the world and those that thought that putting murals on old Silo’s are one of those people!
Join us as we travel to the World Heritage listed Mungo National Park. The Willandra Lakes preserve the longest continuous record of aboriginal life in Australia. Our tour across the lake floor to the “Walls of China” provides an opportunity to experience the history of this pre historic period.
The Silo Art Trail recognises and celebrates the regions people through a series of large-scale mural portraits painted onto grain silos, many of which date back to the 1930’s. Truly a fascinating display which depicts life in Australia.
This 8 day tour will showcase just some unique parts of our fantastic Australia.
